FUNDING FOR IMPACT

Collaborative Giving

Collaborative Giving Opportunities

Collaborative giving opportunities are innovative philanthropic initiatives that unite individuals with shared interests, harnessing the collective power of the Jewish community to create a greater impact. By joining forces, donors can make a significant difference, strengthening the sense of community and shared purpose within the Jewish community while fostering meaningful and impactful giving. These programs aim to inspire collaborative generosity, amplifying the reach and effectiveness of charitable contributions.

Through collaborative funds, donors come together to address systemic challenges in the community and support opportunities for communities to thrive. These funds support current needs while offering sustainable, long-term funding. Donor initiated funds enable our community to pool resources and increase impact on significant issues like at-risk-youth in Israel, mental health, housing, and education. Funds may also be initiated by the Foundation in response to community needs.

By aggregating resources, collaborative funds distribute larger grants over a longer period, scale solutions and programs that are working, support more effective policies, systems, and cultural narratives, and aid in building the capacity and health of nonprofits. You’ll help facilitate sustainable change and create space and resources for organizations and communities to address underlying, systemic needs instead of relying on short-term solutions.
