About the Jewish Talent Project

The Jewish Talent Project (JTP) is designed to help make the Greater Washington Jewish Community best-in-class at attracting, training, and retaining Jewish Communal Professionals across the ecosystem and create stronger and more collaborative relationships between lay board leaders and professionals.

In partnership with the Jewish Community Foundation, The Phyllis Margolius Family Foundation, and a group of other local donors.
